Giveaway Winner & Where To Go For AIP Help

Congratulations Stacey Arnold! Stacey is the winner of my giveaway of The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook by Mickey Trescott.

I want to thank everyone who entered my giveaway.  I really wish I could have given a copy of this cookbook to all of you. Many of you shared your AIP journey stories with me. I wish you all good health and triumph over your autoimmune symptoms.  As a special thank you for entering, I will be sending you my next ebook cookbook for FREE.  My new AIP cookbook will be released right before the holidays.  I will send you links, once it’s released, to get your very own copy at no cost.  You are all winners in my book!

Plus, I have more great giveaways lined up for you.  As we get closer to the holidays, I get more into the giving spirit. I have lots of goodies for you!

In some of your comments, I noticed some of you were having trouble starting and maintaining the AIP.  Many of you don’t know where to go for AIP help.  I wanted to point you to some helpful AIP resources. I have a list here of some of the best AIP friendly sites to get free recipes and information on autoimmune health.

These are a few of my favorite AIP resources:

AIP Coaching- SAD to AIP– This is a coaching group led by Angie Alt of Alt-ternative Autoimmune. For more information, go here.

28 Days of AIP ebook– Great 28 day meal planning guide with recipes by Christine Feindel. Find here.

New AIP Podcast– Great podcast where you can get the latest information on autoimmune issues by Eileen Laird of Phoenix Helix. Find it here.

Reintroducing Foods on the AIP ebook- All you need to know about reintroducing foods on the AIP by Eileen Laird of Phoenix Helix. Find it here.

AIP recipes- my Pinterest board, AIP Paleo, has some of the most amazing AIP recipe pins.  I add new recipe pins daily. Find it here.

And, of course, I can’t have a list without Sarah Ballantyne at The Paleo Mom. You can find her site here.  She has a new downloadable companion guide for The Autoimmune Cookbook.  You have to check it out!

I gave you a bit to look over.  Continue to check back because I have lots more recipes, resources, and giveaways for you.

Take care of yourselves.
