As you all know, Thanksgiving is almost here. This is my first strict AIP Thanksgiving! Last year was my first paleo Thanksgiving. Because I was hosting it at my house last year, I created the recipe for my Sweet Potato Pecan Crisp. It’s the same recipe I contributed to Paleo Magazine Readers’ Favorites Holiday Recipes. But, this year I’m following the AIP. So, rather than do without my favorite holiday dish, I created my AIP Paleo Sweet Potato Coconut Crisp recipe. And, if I may say so myself, I think it’s even tastier!

When I first schedule my post for today, I forgot that it was Halloween. Because of the sensitive nature of my post, I decided to move it to a more appropriate date. So, my post on infertility and autoimmune disease will be released next week.
Now, as many of you know, I’m not much of a baker. I can make a mean bread pudding, and some gluten free cupcakes; but, cakes and pies are really not my thang.
