I have really been struggling to find some balance this week. Being sick for two weeks seriously set me behind in so many things I needed to take care of. This week, I’ve been trying to catch up. It certainly hasn’t been easy! But, I’m staying positive on The Autoimmune Protocol, no matter how hard it is!
I didn’t want to write this post. I mean, I did want to write it; but, I wanted to do it in a kind of medical, sciencey way. However, I believe I would have been doing you a great disservice. For me not to share my personal experiences with traumatic stress and autoimmune disease would have been unfair to you.
I first got the idea to write this post on September 11th, the day we memorialized all those who perished on that fateful day in 2001. It’s a day that lives in all Americans’ memory.
