
Salad- Serves 2
4 cups mixed greens
2 grass fed beef patties, cooked the way you like them
4 slices bacon
Place 2 cups mixed greens, 1 beef patty, and 1 slice bacon on each plate. Crumble 1 bacon slice over each salad.
Guacamole
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
½ red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup fresh cilantro
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until creamy, adding more oil if necessary. Spoon a large dollop on top of each bacon covered beef patty.
Mustard Hemp Dressing
2 tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tablespoons Organic Hemp Oil + extra to consistency
1 tablespoon ORGANIC RAW HONEY
¼ tablespoon Sea Salt
Place all ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth. If dressing is too thick add more oil, in little bits, to thin. Drizzle over guacamole and mixed greens.
