Thursday, I received my first delivery of Door To Door Organics produce and groceries. I was delighted, as soon as I opened my boxes, by the freshness and selection of the produce I received. Beautiful kale, radishes, bananas, peaches, cilantro, kiwi, red onion, sweet onion, and broccoli, from local organic farms, filled my Bitty Box. The second box contained the organic and natural products I easily added to my order online. I thought the best thing to do was to write a review. I had to get the word out there!
Equally impressive was the ease of using Door To Door Organics’ site for signing up and ordering. I simply registered my account, chose what size box of produce I wanted, chose how often I wanted delivery, made substitutions, added any extra groceries, and approved my order. It couldn’t have been easier.
Door To Door Organics offers fresh, seasonal organic produce and local, natural groceries, straight to your door. They operate in five states, CO, PA, IL, KS, MI, and serve 10 states. Delivery is completely free. Also, there is no commitment required. Should you decide to get weekly or every other week delivery, you can hold or cancel your order at any time.
Their produce boxes are offered in four sizes: Bitty Box (1 or 2 people) for $26.99, Small (3 or 4 people) for $33.99, Medium ( 3 or 4 people) for $40.99, and Large ( large family) for $55.66.(Prices may vary, in your area.)
I ordered the Bitty Box, delivered every other week. This size was perfect for my husband and me. I am, however, considering switching my delivery to every week. This will save me lots of time at the grocery store. After seeing the exceptional quality of the produce and the wide variety in the online market, I know I can rely on Door To Door Organics for most of my grocery needs.
Door To Door Organics’ online store markets local specialty items and many hard to find natural products. I ordered Smoking Goose Farm’s uncured Lamb Bacon (which is outrageously good), Sunbiotics Truffle Almonds (yummy), farm fresh organic eggs, Califa Farms unsweetened almond milk, Epic paleo snack bars, and Nessalla Kombucha. You won’ t believe the amazing selection of products they have to offer. There are plenty of paleo and gluten free goodies to choose from.
Needless to say, I was impressed with Door To Door Organics’ service, from signup to delivery. If you’re looking to simplify your life, this is a great option for you. Simply go to their website, here, and enter in your zip code. It will tell you whether or not they deliver in your area. If they do, you’re in for a timesaving treat! Follow the easy instructions to register and begin shopping.
Should you find they don’t deliver in your area, keep checking back. With such a great service, I believe they will expand to more states and delivery areas. I’ll keep you informed.
I can’t wait until my next delivery from Door To Door Organics arrives. Should you decide to sign up for their service, be sure to let them know Tara Perillo, Paleo Cajun Lady, sent you. They might throw a couple of extra veggies in my box!
