If you’re looking for family-friendly AIP meals, I have a real treat for you today! Bre’anna Emmitt has released her much anticipated new cookbook, He Won’t Know It’s Paleo. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a review copy, and started cooking from it immediately.

I can certainly understand how her hubby wouldn’t know it was paleo, after seeing recipes such as Crockpot Beef Stroganoff, Key Lime Pie and Stacked Chicken Enchiladas Verdes. He Won’t Know It’s Paleo has a wide variety of easy and delicious recipes your whole family will enjoy.
I prepared four dishes from He Won’t Know It’s Paleo, Herb-Roasted Drumsticks, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cranberries, Crockpot Beef Stroganoff, and Blackberry Cobbler. I think what impressed me most, was that I already had most of the ingredients in my kitchen. Each recipe required few ingredients and minimal effort. When I’m trying to feed my family, I want meals that are simple to source and prepare. I also want the tastiest foods possible. I got all those things with He Won’t Know It’s Paleo.

The Herb-Roasted Drumsticks were flavorful and juicy. I actually ate five of them, myself….yes, in one sitting. The Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cranberries was awesome. I was really happy to have leftovers! That way, I could enjoy it again and again. The Crockpot Beef Stroganoff was a knockout! Perfectly cooked in the slow cooker, this hearty dish provided a filling family meal, after a long day. My hubby gobbled up his entire plateful. Lastly, Bre’anna’s Blackberry Cobbler was truly inspiring. After perusing the dessert section of He Won’t Know It’s Paleo, I finally decided on the Blackberry Cobbler. This was not easy to do, with the amazing dessert recipes Bre’anna features in her cookbook. But, since blackberry cobbler is one of my favorite desserts, I went with that one. I definitely was not disappointed.

He Won’t Know It’s Paleo includes over 100 delectable, AIP paleo recipes for everything you could possibly want to serve your family. There are tons of hubby and kiddie friendly recipes. If you’re looking to cook healthy foods your family will want to eat, get He Won’t Know It’s Paleo. Your family will thank you for it! Get yours here!

I know that often we can feel alone when eating an AIP diet. It’s hard to always serve yourself different foods than the rest of your family. Eating a meal, where you’re all eating the same foods, can help rid you of those feelings of isolation. In my humble opinion, He Won’t Know It’s Paleo cookbook, is the answer to my problem. This cookbook provided me with real foods that I could actually serve my hubby without him looking at me with that “I’m not eating that” face. Instead, he looked at me and said, “We’re eating the same foods tonight? Cool!”.
As always, I wish you good health…and, good food!
