Last week, I turned 45 years old. That very same day, I was carded, buying my celebratory gluten free beer. I thanked the cashier, profusely.

I have always taken great care of my skin. I wear sunscreen, on my face, every day. I don’t let my face get any sun. If I’m laying out, I always cover my face with a hat or towel. I know it looks kind of weird; but, I don’t care. I also take great pains in selecting my beauty products. I want the most natural products, that actually work.
As you’ll see in this video, most of the products I use are either gluten free certified, or contain no gluten in the ingredients. I have found great relief of my symptoms using these products. Some have even helped rid me of the lupus rash that once ran across my face. The products featured in Part 1 are the hair care products. In parts 2, I will feature the skincare and makeup.
Here is a list of the products featured in the entire video. You can purchase these items by clicking on them.
