Last week’s collection of my batch cooking recipes was so popular with y’all, I decided to make it a regular weekly post. It’s always great to hunt down new recipes online; but, sometimes they don’t necessarily provide us with easy, everyday go-to recipes. These AIP, paleo and primal recipes are exactly that!
Today, I’m doing a kind of weird post. Amazon is hosting Prime Day! Prime Day is a one day only, exclusive discount sale, for all Prime members. There are more deals today than on Black Friday! And, it’s only for one day……TODAY!
Now, why am I telling y’all about this? Well, if you’ve had your eye on an Instant Pot, Blendtec, or any other kitchen tool, now would be the time to get it. Plus, they’ll be having deals on lots of paleo and AIP cookbooks, foods, and other amazing products. And, with your Prime membership, you’ll get free shipping too!
They’re not really letting us know what deals are going to be featured. You’ll have to click the links to see if each product is on sale. I’ll be letting y’all know, over my social media pages, when I find out about a particular deal. Be sure to keep checking my Facebook page here, and my Instagram page here. I’m hoping some of my favorites are on sale. This is a list of some of my favorite products:
I could seriously go on forever. I buy a ton of stuff from Amazon. Be sure to click on the banner below to check out all the great deals. Don’t have Prime? No problem! Just click on the link below to start your FREE 30 day trial!
As always, I wish you good health…..and, good food!

Before I get into today’s recipe, I want to share something really exciting with you. Sarah Ballantyne, The Paleo Mom, has created a pilot episode of Paleo Bites, an all paleo TV show. Today, she is sending that pilot episode to different networks, for their approval. Paleo Bites would be an amazing benefit to all of us in the paleo community, including those of us on the AIP. I urge all of you to go here, and help to get Paleo Bites on air. Thanks.
