Today, I have a treat for all you gizzard lovin’ folks out there. I know there may not be many of you. But, for those of you who enjoy biting into those little meaty pillows of yumminess, you’re going to love my AIP Chicken Gizzards with Okra Gravy Recipe.
You see, in the Cajun culture, we try to use as many parts of the animal we’re eating as possible. We also like to combine those bits and pieces with various vegetables from our gardens.
