I realized, only recently, that most of the recipes I create, require only one or two pots or pans. I’m pretty sure it’s due to the fact that most nights, I’m cooking at least two separate meals. By utilizing only one or two pans, I cut down on my dirty dishes. This is a plus for both me and you. I mean, who doesn’t want less dishes in the sink at the end of a meal? Right?
So, this brings me to my recipe for today, Paleo Steak and Liver Pie. I used one skillet, and one casserole dish. It can be whipped up in just over an hour; and, the majority of the time, it’s in the oven. Plus, it’s a great way to get liver into your diet. The smaller pieces, and mix in of the other flavors, dulls the strong liver flavor. Using the Mikey’s Muffins on top, means you can save time on baking your own paleo muffins.
