I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe today. My AIP Paleo Mini Meat and Veggie Loaves recipe is delicious and nutritious. It’s completely AIP and TPA (The Paleo Approach) compliant. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak some healthy vegetables into your picky eater’s meal.
You can add these AIP Paleo Mini Meat and Veggie Loaves to your batch cooking roundup. They can be individually wrapped and frozen. Then, simply thaw and reheat. I usually thaw mine in the fridge overnight. When I’m ready to reheat, I wrap my loaf in parchment paper and place in my toaster oven, at a temp of 375 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
