AIP Egg Roll In A Bowl

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: about 4 servings

AIP Egg Roll In A Bowl



  1. Brown ground pork or beef over medium heat, in large cast iron pan.
  2. Once meat is browned, add cabbage and stir well
  3. Cook until cabbage has softened, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add rest of ingredients, in order.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.


May be frozen. Will keep in fridge for up to one week.
