Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork or ground beef
- 1/2 head cabbage, sliced into ribbons
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 1/4 cup chicken or bone broth
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground pork or beef over medium heat, in large cast iron pan.
- Once meat is browned, add cabbage and stir well
- Cook until cabbage has softened, about 10 minutes.
- Add rest of ingredients, in order.
- Stir well.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
Notes
May be frozen. Will keep in fridge for up to one week.
