Sometimes, I get so caught up in creating specific recipes, I forget that y’all may not have the time or desire to cook them. Some of you are just seeking easy, quick, flavorful recipes, you can simply throw together. Now that I’ve become busier, I totally get what you’re looking for!
When I first posted a picture of this Paleo Grilled Chicken Ranch Slaw on my Instagram and Facebook pages, so many of you asked for the recipe. And, several of you had previously asked for my homemade Ranch recipe. So, for all of you, here they are! I love when you let me know what kind of recipes you’re looking for. That just makes my life so much easier.
For the Ranch recipe, I’ve added an AIP option. If you’re in the reintroduction phase of the AIP, and have added whole eggs, feel free to use the mayo with eggs. Those of you on the elimination phase of the AIP should use egg-free mayo. I have added a link to my favorite AIP mayo in the recipe. You can find more options here. Hands down, my favorite readymade paleo mayo is from Primal Kitchens. I added a link in the recipe. My favorite homemade paleo mayo is Creamy Olive Oil Mayo in The Performance Paleo Cookbook by Stephanie Gaudreau. You can find some other options here.

I will be starting a new series for you, here on the blog. I will be focusing on menu planning and prepping for those of you who are not into cooking. We’ll make some very easy foods; and, I’ll show you how to put them all together to make meals. I think you’ll really dig it.
