Of course, I’m excited to be a contributor to Paleo Magazine. But, I’m also thrilled to have been able to tell the story of how I created the recipe. You see, the recipe is my grandmother’s recipe. When I started eating paleo, I converted the recipe to fit in with my diet. In some small way, I feel like her spirit will live on in this magazine. She would be so proud.
