I’m on the road to healing my gut and feel this would be so helpful to me. Thanks for offering this.
Congrats on the new ebook! So exciting! I’d love a copy-and to try out the cassava flour…I’ve heard great things about it.
I love your gumbo and am hoping to find lots of great cajun recipes that I can use. I live in Southern Mississippi and find your southern cooking to be spot on to fill that craving for N’awlins style food. Hoping that you have or will create a recipe for boiled shrimp that is compliant because I do miss a good crawfish or shrimp boil.
Just downloaded and am so happy to see a shrimp boil!!! Thank you.
Hi Sheila! Thank you so much for buying my AIP Paleo Cajun Cookbook! I’m so happy I could give you your shrimp boil back! XOXO
Oh heck yes! I looked a few months ago to see if you had a cookbook. Now that you do, it’s like Christmas!
I’m new to AIP, 2 months in, and already seeing healing for my UC! I stumbled upon your instagram and can’t wait to try some of your recipes. I haven’t tried cassava flour yet and my measuring cups are so old the measurement labels have all rubbed off! I would be overjoyed to win this giveaway! Thanks for your generosity!
I am on the AIP and I am always looking for new recipes. I would also love to the chance to try the cassava flour!
i’d love to try the recipes in your ebook. thanks.
I never thought I’d see an AIP cookbook with so many of the foods I love and miss. SO excited and would LOVE to win this prize! I try so hard to not stray from the AIP because my body reacts so poorly, but I caved at a crawfish boil a couple of weeks ago and man did I pay for that. For me, the AIP can be so socially isolating, especially when so much of my family get togethers are full of food I can’t eat, or modify to eat. Any chance you have a boudin recipe in the cookbook?
Hi Karen!
I’m so happy I could give you back so many of the foods you enjoy! I don’t have a recipe for boudin; but, that’s a really great idea. I’ll have to create one, just for you! Thanks!
That’s awesome!!
I would love to win, because I love to cook and am new to AIP and I absolutely love southern cajun cooking!! Missing gumbo and jambalaya badly!! Can’t wait to try the new recipes!!
I am Paleo and moving toward AIP to heal a number of chronic health issues; and, I am from south Arkansas and love and miss so many of the foods that I grew up eating! I love Cajun foods and flavors! I was very excited to discover your blog and Facebook page; and, I seriously would be ecstatic to win a copy of your cookbook!
Congrats on your ebook!!! Love your blog and recipes, and sooooo would love to bring cajun flavor back into my meals!
This cookbook looks wonderful! I can’t wait to try the cassava flour, I have heard great things about it and how good coconut oil/shortening is.
I would love to win this giveaway because I Love Cajun food. Didn’t know you could eat it on the AIP diet. How exciting. Awesome giveaway. Thank you!
I love Otto’s Cassava Flour. I would love to win more!!!
Because it sounds delicious! And cassava flour is expensive!
I would like to introduce my family to Cajun paleo cuisine!
