I absolutely LOVE my juicer! My hubby bought it for me as a gift a couple of Christmases ago; and, I’ve used it almost every day since.
For me, eating some fruits and veggies, used to mean agony. The fiber in them was simply too much for my leaky, diseased gut to digest. My centrifugal juicer removed the fiber from these fruits and veggies, leaving behind only vitamin rich, fresh juice, my body could easily digest.
Juicing and changing my diet have since repaired my gut. I continue to juice almost every day. The improvements to my gut have been so great, I am now considering moving to a masticating juicer, which leaves more of the fiber in the juice. I’ll keep you posted.
After my recent lupus flare, I loaded up on special detox and organ toning juices to help support my liver and kidneys. This beet juice is one of my favorites. Now, I won’t lie. It’s not one of those juices you’re going to sip and say, “Oh, what a yummy juice”. Unless you really like the taste of beets, it’s not going to be one of your favorites. But, the results are amazing. Only two days after my flare, I started feeling better. Four days after, I felt completely healed. In fact, the rash on my palms, completely disappeared. My advise, just chug it down. You’ll thank me later.
