What is the Relax Challenge?
The Relax Challenge was created by Michele Spring, autoimmune warrior and creator of the blog, Thriving On Paleo. Michele understands the importance of stress management. She is the mom of two young boys. She has also used paleo and the AIP to help heal her Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Celiac Disease.
Each day of the Relax Challenge, Michele will email participants a simple relax challenge. The challenge is a simple technique you can easily do. All of the challenges are free to do and can be done in a small amount of time. Nothing stressful here, folks. It’s meant to help you relax.
