Day Six of The 21-Day Sugar Detox & Smoky Spicy Cauliflower Bites Recipe

My day away from home went well.  As planned, I ate a green tipped banana before we left home.  In the car, as we were driving to my stepson’s graduation, I ate a bit of detox approved trail mix.  And, for dinner at the restaurant, I had Greek chicken with a salad and a side of broccoli.  Successful detox day!

Tomorrow’s post will give more tips on eating out away from home while on The 21-Day Sugar Detox.  I’m a bit tired tonight; so, I just want to chill awhile.

Smoky Spicy Cauliflower Bites Recipe

Smoky Spicy Cauliflower Bites

1 head Cauliflower florets

1/3 cup Grassfed Organic Ghee , melted

1/4 cup Gluten Free Hot Sauce ( you can add more if you like)

2 tbs. each Cumin and Garlic Powder

1 tbs. Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp. Salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  Place all ingredients in large bowl and toss.  Be sure all cauliflower florets are fully coated.  Place coated cauliflower florets on baking sheet.  Place in oven and bake until browned, about 30 to 40 minutes.  Enjoy!
