Well, I thought it was time to update y’all on what’s going on with my autoimmune fitness journey. I’ve kind of been keeping things under wraps while I work out some of the details. The truth is, I’ve been able to reach new levels of fitness, all while healing the last of my autoimmune symptoms. In fact, I’m hoping to share some really good news, once my blood tests come in next week.

As some of you may know, my biggest goal was to return to Crossfit. I accomplished that! I did a week’s worth of WODs, at the end of July. It was a great accomplishment for me. But, I found myself going right back to the competitive maniac I used to be before I became sick. I have a tendency to push myself to the limit….and, then beyond. Plus, I was having so much fun, creating my specific workouts at home. It brought me back to the days when I was training others for their individual needs and limitations. I love creating specialized workouts, like the off-ice training I launched for our local high school hockey team. I never realized how much I missed it.

Anyway, I ended up splitting my workouts between home and the gym. Through my AIP diet and workout program I created, I’ve been able to lose fat, build strength and muscle, and gain energy and health. I feel better than I have in years! It can be done! You can get fit, even with an autoimmune disease. What does this mean to you? It means, I’m going to show you how to do it, too. Right now, I’m tweaking and designing my autoimmune fitness system. Hopefully, I’ll be moving into the beta testing phase next month. I have a group of some of your favorite AIP bloggers, who are volunteering themselves to test the system for me. If everything goes smoothly, I will be debuting the autoimmune fitness system to you next year!

Today, I’m giving you a sneak peek at some of the changes I’ve been able to reach with my autoimmune fitness system. I’ve gone from doughy to ripped in just a few weeks! And, I’ve done it without sending my immune system into a tizzy! Actually, I’ve stepped up my healing in the process! So, be sure to stay tuned for more updates. I’ll be announcing all upcoming news here first. Get ready to get fit y’all! As always, I wish you good health……and, good food!
