    1. Sea salt is allowed on the autoimmune protocol. Any time I use “salt” in a recipe, I am referring to sea salt. If you are not into using salt, you don’t have to use it. I use it because I personally find food to be too bland tasting without it. To me, it really helps to bring the flavor out in foods.

  2. Happen to run across your AIP Instant Pot Mango Chicken recipe and not only was it super easy…it was wonderful! The entire family loved it. Plan to try more of your recipes soon. Have autoimmune issues in the family and we stick with SCD/Paleo diets that have healed many issues and these recipes fit right in to those protocols. Many thanks!
