AIP Paleo Oregano Roasted White Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Well, it’s time to start announcing some of the things I’ve been so busy working on. I’ve also been busy doing several interviews and guest posts. Today, I’d like to share a really easy recipe with you.  I often batch cook these AIP Paleo Oregano Roasted White Sweet Potatoes, to eat throughout the week.  To reheat them, I simply wrap them in foil, lined ith parchment paper, and place them in my toaster oven for about 5 minutes.

AIP Paleo Oregano Roasted White Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Yield: 4 servings



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until potatoes are well coated.
  4. On a baking sheet pan, lined with parchment paper, lay out potatoes in a single layer.
  5. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes, flipping wedges over half way through cooking.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Serve.
