Well, is everybody ready for their holiday fun? I know I am! I’ve finished planning my AIP Christmas dinner menu! I’ve finished Christmas gift shopping! And, I am preparing to take next week off!

Don’t worry, I won’t be gone long. I’m just taking next week off. That means, I won’t have a blog post for you. But, if you miss me, you can still find me on social media, especially Instagram. I will still be posting all shenanigans in the kitchen, during next week’s prepping. Yikes!
I would also like to congratulate Heather Mader, the winner of The Alternative Autoimmune Cookbook ebook! Yay! I hope you enjoy cooking from this wonderful cookbook!
So, without further ado, here is my AIP Christmas Dinner Menu:
Old Fashioned Ham with Pineapple Glaze– recipe will be featured in next year’s holiday post.
Roasted Chicken with Cranberry Marinade– this recipe is based off of Dora from Provincial Paleo‘s blog recipe, Chicken Drumsticks with Blueberry Marinade. You can find that recipe here.

AIP Sweet Potato Coconut Crisp
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Maple Marshmallows– this recipe is from Erin over at Enjoying This Journey blog. You can find it here.

Molasses Spice Cookies– this recipe is from Samantha over at Sweet Potatoes and Social Change blog. You can find the recipe here.
Pear Caramel Pie– this recipe is found in The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook by Mickey Trescott. You can purchase your copy here.
That’s it for my AIP Christmas dinner menu! I can’t wait to dig in and eat it all!
If you didn’t win my giveaway, but would still like a copy of Angie Alt’s amazing cookbook, The Alternative Autoimmune Cookbook, you can purchase the ebook here, and the print version here.
I will be back, after next week, with a special post for those of you wanting to start the AIP in the new year. I will let you know everything you need to get started with the elimination phase. I will also be featuring posts in the new year, dealing with reintroductions, which I myself will be doing. Plus, I have some pretty awesome resources and news coming your way!

To all of you, I wish you the happiest of holidays, a very merry Christmas, and a health filled New Year! Thank you so much for making this year special for me, here at Paleo Cajun Lady!
